Affiliate Member
Kari Hexem is a Affiliate Member of PolicyLab through the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She is currently working on three PolicyLab affiliated projects: 1) pediatric in-patient dental health care, 2) dental health and health care for patients with serious pediatric illness, and 3) the relationship between family lifestyles, socio-economic status, and pediatric dental health. She has also worked on projects with Dr. Chris Feudtner and PolicyLab on the role of emotions in medical decision-making for children with complex chronic conditions, religion in pediatric palliative care, the work of care, and pediatric pharmacoepidemiology.
